2020 has been a challenging year for all of us, and our local non-profits in particular. Covid-19 has increased demand for services at a time when traditional giving is down significantly. At M-Power, it is important to us that we give back and partner with an agency helping people in the communities we serve.
This year, our team is proud to launch our year-end giving drive as part of our M-Power Serves program. We will be accepting non-perishable foods (canned tuna, peanut butter, and cereal bars in particular) at our office during normal business hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 am- 4:30 pm) from December 1st through December 21st. We will be donating this food to the North Texas Food Bank. We're kicking off the program on Giving Tuesday.
Not going to be by the office? You can donate directly on the NTFB website by clicking here, and...if you do it TODAY, on Giving Tuesday, every dollar you give will DOUBLE to provide six nutritious meals for neighbors facing hunger this holiday season. Yes, you read that correctly...$1 = 3 meals- but today that number is DOUBLED thanks to many sponsors in the DFW area!
